- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Bartending: Proficient in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipes or customer preferences
- Food safety: Knowledgeable about proper food handling and storage procedures
- POS (Point of Sale) systems: Familiarity with operating cash registers and processing payments
- Math: Ability to accurately calculate bills, handle cash, and make change
- Cashiering: Experience in handling cash transactions efficiently and accurately
- Customer service: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Food industry: Understanding of food and beverage industry trends, including knowledge of different types of alcohol and cocktails

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
