Crew Leader

**Duties**:

- Supervise and lead a team on various projects
- Ensure adherence to project plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulations on the job site
- Coordinate with project managers to allocate resources and meet project deadlines
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets established standards
- Provide guidance and training to crew members as needed
- Collaborate with subcontractors and other trades to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and labor hours

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a leadership role within the construction industry
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans
- Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities

In business for 19 years and 11 months. Consistently busy year round. All aspects of residential renovations. Small stuff, big stuff.

I am seeking a professional Red Seal Carpenter to run one or two projects and all the aspects involved. If you have the appropriate experience then you already know what is required. Leadership, dedication, reliability.

We have some keen apprentices that you may be mentoring. I am interested in a permanent, long term relationship.

I will support your own personal development and support you offering the same to your crew members.

I plan to move this position to project manager within a 2 - 5 year time frame. Managing all crews and crew leaders.

Health plan is in progress but on hold until this position is filled.

**Salary**: $29.00-$36.00 per hour
