**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**BSA - Capital Markets**

1) BSA who possesses excellent BA and BSA skillsets - 8 years minimum

2) Experience with Capital Markets domain and associated products.

3) Good experience as a BSA Gathering and analyzing requirements, provide appropriate suggestions and create BRD

4) Experience with creating varied BSA artefacts including BRD, Data Mapping document.

5) Experience with agile methodologies and associated tools like Jira and confluence

6) Experience writing SQL and conduct Data Analysis

**BSA - Credit Risk**

1) Overall experience of 8+ in Business Analysis

2) BA Credit Risk Experience min of 5 years

3) Strong Experience working with credit lending products, retail, or commercial banking, and/or financial institution experience

4) Domain knowledge of Market/Counterparty Credit risk

5) Moderate or advanced proficiency in SQL and ability to read through Python code for understanding existing data mapping and rule logic

6) Experience in systems/software documentation and implementation projects within a banking organization or software consulting company

7) Good problem-solving skills to perform independent root cause analysis of data issues

8) Excellent collaboration skills, professionalism, and willingness to function as part of a team

9) Ability to prioritize and multi-task

10) Experience with Big Data or Database technologies (Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Pyspark)

11) Data Science, Data Analytics or Data Reporting experience

12) Experience working on projects such as RDARR, Basel II or III, IFRS9 or other Credit Risk or Group Risk Management programs is an asset.

13) Excellent understanding of credit risk management concepts and practices.

14) Strong knowledge of fundamental data concepts (for example, but not limited to groups, hierarchies, data structures).
