**Position Summary**:
**Main Job Responsibilities**:

- Included but not limited to:_
- Efficiently managing all facets of the office operations including filing, communication and scheduling;
- Implementing daily log to report on daily terminal activity and efficiency;
- Controlling inbound and outbound loads including, but not limited to issuing paperwork to carriers;
- Managing both office and warehouse supplies as they pertain to the business needs;
- Acting as a primary contact for communication at the terminal for Niagara coordinators and customers;
- Daily load planning and inventory management;
- Issuing and troubleshooting carrier pickup and appointment times;
- Communicating with car management and transportation to ensure service schedules and orders are met;
- Billing, switching and releasing of outbound railcar shipments;
- Acting as a backup in supervisor’s absence.
- High School GED
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service or similar role;
- Minimum 1 year experience with software: M2S, SRS, and Microsoft Office Suite Microsoft suite
- Education in a relevant field; Supply Chain/Logistics an asset;
- Previous warehouse/inventory experience an asset;
- Previous administration experience an asset;
- Able to work well under pressure;
- Able to work well individually and on a team;
- Demonstrates initiative and enthusiasm;
- Excellent computer skills; proficient with MS-Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends and holiday hours

- Contrôler les chargements entrants et sortants, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, la délivrance de documents aux transporteurs ;
- Correspondance régulière par courriel et par téléphone avec les clients des terminaux ;
- Gérer les fournitures de bureau et d'entrepôt en fonction des besoins opérationnels ;
- Agir à titre de personne-ressource principale pour la communication à l'aérogare pour les coordonnateurs et les clients de Niagara ;
- Planification quotidienne de la charge et gestion des stocks ;
- Émission et dépannage des heures de ramassage et de rendez-vous des transporteurs ;
- Communiquer avec la direction des voitures et le transport pour s'assurer que les horaires de service et les commandes sont respectés ;
- la facturation, la commutation et le déblodage des expéditions de wagons à l'étranger ;
- Agir à titre de remplaçant en l'absence du superviseur.
- École secondaire GED
- Bilingue (français et anglais)
- Minimum 1 an d'expérience dans un service à la clientèle ou un rôle similaire ;
- Minimum d'expérience de 1 an avec les logiciels : suite Microsoft M2S, SRS et Microsoft Office Suite
- L'éducation dans un domaine pertinent ; La chaîne d'approvisionnement et la logistique sont un atout ;
- Expérience antérieure d'un entrepôt ou d'un inventaire d'un bien ;
- Expérience antérieure de l'administration d'un atout ;
- Capable de bien travailler sous pression ;
- Capable de bien travailler individuellement et en équipe ;
- Fait preuve d'initiative et d'enthousiasme ;
- Excellentes compétences en informatique ; compétent avec MS-Outlook, Excel et Word.
- Capacité de travailler selon un horaire flexible, y compris les heures supplémentaires, les week-ends et les heures de vacances
- Capable de réussir la vérification des antécédents criminels avant l'emploi
