We are looking for** Bilingual S**ales **and Customer Service Associates** to join our growing team

As a **Bilingual S**ales **and Customer Service Associates**, you will become a licensed insurance agent and authorized to sell home and auto insurance. You will deliver a seamless client experience by understanding individual customer needs, recommending personalized solutions and providing guidance every step of the way.

**What you'll do here**:

- Play a key role in providing the best possible protection for our clients' most valuable assets by advising them to make informed choices, answering their product questions and advising on next steps
- Analyze customer needs and promote and cross-sell products and services
- Accept and process changes in payment methods

**What you bring to the table**:

- Bilingual in French and English is a required as you will be assisting both French & English speaking customers.
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- A natural communicator and understand how to listen and empathize with others
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working between different systems
- Ability to multi-task and stay cool under pressure
- Willingness to complete the provincial exam to obtain your insurance license
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada

**This role requires you to**:

- Be available to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 8:00pm and Saturdays from 8:00am - 5:00pm
- During the first year with us, you will be required to work every Saturday. After the 12 months, they will be in 1 of 5-week rotation.
- During the first year with us, we will ask you to work on statutory holidays and you will be compensated according to labor standards.
