Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues
- Set up and maintain computer networks, including VPN and firewall configurations
- Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution to end-user problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and initiatives
- Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
- Assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an IT Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow
- Proficiency in operating systems such as Linux and MacOS
- Experience with network setup and configuration, including VPN and firewall management
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices is a plus

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
