- Operate manual machines such as lathes, mills, and grinders to fabricate precision parts
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to ensure accurate machining
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions
- Set up and adjust machine tools and equipment for production runs
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and problem-solve machining issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principles
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software is a plus
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is preferred

**Salary**: $22.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
