Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Sew shirts according to customer specifications, using industrial plain sewing machines.
- Perform alterations, corrections and touchups on existing garments.
- Draw, measure and cut collar and cuff canvasses.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting each finished garment for any defects or errors
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Seamstress or similar role
- Proficient in using plain industrial sewing machines, other machines is a bonus.
- Ability to sew by hand labels, buttons, buttonholes, seams, monograms are not essential but something we would consider.
- Intermediate to strong knowledge of garment construction techniques and fabric types
- Extreme attention to detail and precision in sewing, measuring, trimming, etc.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, sometimes working with tight deadlines.
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 40 per week
