A Server’s or a counter attendant’s accountabilities include:
**Duties**:

- Demonstrates knowledge of and can explain our menu in a manner that exudes a passion for our food and drink programs
- Executing food and drink orders promptly
- Ensuring food and drink quality is as per organizational standards
- Handling cash and credit card transactions in a professional and timely manner
- Greeting guests, and explaining the items placed on the counter.
- Packaging sweets and desserts and showing great customer service.
- Experience in handling espresso machines.
- Assist with daily and weekly scheduled environment cleaning practices.
- Demonstrates the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and positive demeanour.
- Demonstrates teamwork and communicates positively and professionally to all departments to ensure that guest needs are being met at all times.
- Setup, takedown and ongoing cleanliness of their station(s)
- Demonstrates the willingness and ability to go above and beyond for any guest.
- A minimum of 3 months experience as a server required*

Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $15.65 per hour

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- serving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve, SIR or equivalent (preferred)
