Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced RV Technician to join our team. As an RV Technician, you will be responsible for assembly and installation of components, assembly of trailers, some diagnosing, and some repairing of recreation and other trailer types. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand and power tools.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assemble components to make ready for final install.
- Fabricate parts to make ready for pre-assembly and assembly of recreation and other trailer types. Such as 12 volt and 110 volt electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, and appliances.
- Ability to cut, drill, fit, and shear aluminum materials. To make ready for welder and or final install.
- Install and repair accessories and upgrades, such as solar panels, awnings, satellite systems, and leveling jacks
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and in compliance with manufacturer specifications
- Work independently and or work with a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and or drawings. When something does not appear to be right, willing to bring concern to supervisor before simply carrying on.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as an RV and trailer Technician or similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and air tools
- Strong mechanical knowledge of RV systems and components
- Familiarity with electrical systems (12 volt and 110 volt), plumbing systems, HVAC systems, and appliances commonly found in RVs
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team and management

**Salary**: $18.50-$26.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 42.5 per week
