As our innovative business continues to rapidly grow, we are seeking a full time Fish Processor at our Richmond location. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Fish Processor is responsible for processing fish. If you can work in a cool, wet, fast-paced environment and under pressure with mínimal supervision, we would love to hear from you

**$600 retention bonus after four months and another $600 retention bonus after 8 months**

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Cut and trim fish, also involve pin boning- Responsible for processing of orders in the processing department- Cleaning and sanitizing- Some other tasks required by the processing supervisor- Could involve working night shifts as well as weekends.

**Requirements**:
- Flexible in terms of availability- Ability to lift 40 lbs.- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time- Basic knife skills an asset- Comfortable working in a cooler/freezer environment- Reliable, hardworking, punctual, team player and committed to deliver the job.- Knowledge in seafood processing and experience is an advantage but not required.
