We are looking for individuals in the skilled trades discipline for our **Blanchard Grinder Machine in Windsor, Ontario**. We have multiple shifts available at this time.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Set up and operate Blanchard Grinder
- Material handle using lift truck and overhead crane
- Operate hand grinder/tools
- Maintain quality requirements, produce quality products and stay on schedule
- Read micrometers and interpret blueprints
- Work safely and assist in other departments as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Previous Blanchard Grinding, lift truck and overhead crane experience an asset
- Basic mechanical skills: Blueprint reading required, familiarity with reading micrometers
- Good organizations skills required
- Attention to detail/quality and effective problem solving skills required
- Team oriented with ability to take initiative
- Basic computer skills required

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
