Fledge is a web-based health education technology platform that changes the way parents and educators build capacity in youth from an early age.

Department: Business Growth
This is a full time position reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief
Operating Officer.
Objectives of this role
- Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritises growth and long term client relationships
- Establish and implement a sales pipeline to launch Fledge though the education and healthcare institutions
- Support marketing and the leadership team in aligning marketing tactics to build awareness and engagement
- Maintain positive professional relationships with existing clients and help support their needs
- Monitor sales progress to ensure that early sales goals are met
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritises growth and long term client relationships
- Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
- Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients
- Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
- Provide continuous, constructive feedback to the leadership team
- Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services
Skills and qualifications
- Proven record of sales growth
- Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
- Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
- Exceptional project management skills
- Ability to work at a high pace, changing business environment
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiasm to improve education and mental health for children
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in managing sales or marketing teams
- Sharp negotiation and networking skills
- Organisational skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Educational background in education, business, marketing, or finance (BA preferred)
Compensation: Salary package will depend on experience (base salary + performance related incentives).
Work Location: Calgary/Edmonton, Alberta
