Excavator Operator

Duties:

- Operate and maintain excavators, fleet of John Deere 300Gs
- Perform daily maintenance checks and service machines daily.
- Operate in a safe but efficient manner
- capable of scraping feedlot pens as well as loading trucks.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment, specifically excavators.
- Proficient in operating Caterpillar equipment.
- Familiarity with various construction tasks such as paving, grading, and excavation.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to heavy equipment operation.

Note: Additional experience operating other types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers or tankers is a plus.

We are looking for an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment to perform excavation, digging, grading, and other earth-moving tasks. You will work closely with the construction team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to specifications.

**Salary**: $28.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Turin, AB T0K 0A9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
