**Part-Time (evolving to Full-Time) Team Leader/Supervisor Positions Available**

As a Team Leader you set the standard for daily operations. Your pre-shift huddles are always motivating and set the tone for the entire shift. Coaching your team is your favourite part of this role. If you are good to your Team, they will treat our guests with exceptional service. You enjoy changing your leadership style to suit the individual needs of the team. It's a fun challenge to see what I can do to push my leadership to the next level. When the results show in sales targets and guest experience it is extremely rewarding.

Retail or quick service restaurant experience (1+ years) in a fast-paced environment is a requirement (hostess, server, cashier). Willingness to serve in multiple roles, while thriving in a high paced, physically demanding environment is essential. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing is required. Superior performers, willing to get things done are rewarded with additional responsibility, compensation and opportunities.
- FoodSafe Level 1 is REQUIRED
- Weekdays between 8am and 9pm (10am to 2pm is CORE shift)
- Commitment to work minimum of 20 hrs/week, provide 4-5 shifts availability/week, across all stores

Every great team is led by a great leader. Team Leaders show enthusiasm and dedication to providing optimal guest experience. Your responsibilities include everything from mentoring Team Members to managing all front and back of house operations when the Store Manager is absent. You are an active listener with strong communication skills to motivate the rest of your Team. Your problem-solving skills and quick thinking are highly beneficial to the daily success of the store and the Team.

**A Day In The Life**:

- Serves as role model for high quality, hands-on, Front-of-House and Back-of-House management.
- Effectively delegates tasks to Team Members to maximize labour and efficiency.
- Sees mistakes by Team Members as an opportunity for learning and growth.
- Promotes growth of the Team through effective listening, communication and coaching.
- Addresses performance issues quickly and respectfully.
- Delivers great guest service experiences.
- Understands variable/fixed expenses and labour management.
- Contributes ideas and solutions that result in increased productivity and improved operations.
- Monitors clocking in/out to ensure accurate accounting and payroll.
- Orders from approved vendors and helps to manage inventory processes.
- Ensures that Team Members are up to date on Freshii University courses.
