**ECG Technologist/ Patient Flow**

One Heart Care is a leading cardiology clinic, soon to be the largest in Canada. Our technologists and cardiologists provide state-of
- the-art cardiac care and diagnostics for our community and beyond. We pride ourselves on the high quality of testing performed, the variety of services delivered and the compassionate, safe environment we offer our patients.

The primary responsibility of this role is to perform electrocardiograms (ECGs) for patients and ensure the smooth patient flow within One Heart Care.

**Job Responsibilities include**:

- Greeting patients from the waiting room and escorting them to the examination rooms for physician consultations
- Assisting patients on and off the examination bed for testing procedures
- Perform ECGs following established protocols and guidelines to ensure accurate interpretation and recording of ECG Results
- Perform Blood Pressure
- Hook up Holter Monitors
- Communicate with patients, physicians, and other team members to ensure effective and timely patient care

**Qualifications**:

- Valid CPR Certificate
- Must be proficient in ECG Interpretation
- Excellent communication skills when interacting with patients and physicians
- Knowledge of patient confidentiality guidelines
- Ability to use EMR proficiently
- Willingness to adapt to changes in technology, protocols, and healthcare practices.
