**About Clay**

Clay, a leading cloud-based business management solution for home builders in Canada, is looking for a talented 3D Artist with expertise in Unreal Engine to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating state-of-the-art 3D floorplans and exterior site plans for our clients.

As a 3D Artist at Clay, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in sculpting, modeling, and texturing buildings for UE5+ game environments, while also having a strong focus in at least one area such as shading, lighting, procedural creation, or scripts/pipeline work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sculpting, modeling, and texturing buildings for UE5+ game environments
- Participating in R&D efforts to improve the asset creation process
- Seeking feedback from clients and product owners
- Ensuring consistency with defined visual styles from clients

**Qualifications**:

- Strong 2D and 3D art skills
- Proficiency in asset creation pipelines in engines such as UE5, Unity, or equivalent. Expertise in Maya, Blender, Photoshop, or equivalent software.
- Knowledge of building construction and cutting-edge shader techniques
- Willingness to learn new software and technologies
- Strong team player with the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong technical background with the ability to learn new programs and systems quickly
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high degree of motivation and creativity.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
