Arrowsmith Moving & Storage, a leading provider of professional moving and storage services, is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as **General Labourers (Movers)**. **Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently assist with packing, loading, unloading, and unpacking household or commercial goods.
- Handle customers' belongings with care and ensure they are securely transported to their destination.
- Utilize appropriate tools and equipment, such as dollies, hand trucks, and padding materials, to facilitate the moving process.
- Follow established moving procedures and safety guidelines to protect items and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a smooth and stress-free moving experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of moving vehicles and equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the moving industry or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse team environment.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Valid driver's license is an asset but not required.
