Chain Operations Manager

**Position Description**:
**The key responsibilities of a Chain Operations Manager are**:

- Create and maintain workflow between all locations and Head Office
- Analyze and review KPI metrics with locations and Director. Make informed decisions based on data
- Coordinate with various departments and locations to ensure deadlines are being met
- Create, modify, and review operational procedures from a corporate and location standpoint
- Create proposals and oversee implementation of cost-saving and/or profit generating strategies
- Communicate regularly with locations and review performance goals / strategize achieving targets
- Frequently travel to locations and perform on-location audits of quality control, procedures, and reporting.
- Coordinate and facilitate 3rd party contractor work orders & ensure routine maintenance is performed
- Oversee training & onboarding of new managers
- Oversee, review, edit & maintain Asset List for each location
- Oversee campaign / new initiative rollouts & location compliance with said rollouts
- Maintain communication and relationships with suppliers / contractors and oversee quality of goods / services
- Review inventory levels chain-wide and facilitate stock relocation / ordering to various sites if / when needed

**Required skills and competencies**:

- Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively (oral & written)
- Strong leadership abilities required. Ability to effectively delegate tasks
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills (both customer and technical)
- Ability to multi-task; manage and prioritize tasks and activities effectively and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of an executive management team
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Drive
- Ability to quickly and effortlessly learn new technical systems
- Experience in a management position in a theatre, fast food, restaurant or similar environment an asset

**Required Experience**:

- 3-5 years similar or related experience

**Required Education**:

- University Degree in Business or related field
