**Description**:
We're seeking a skilled and **personable Barber **to join our team. As a Barber, you'll play a pivotal role in providing high-quality hair cutting, styling and grooming services to our diverse clientele. Your responsibilities will include consulting with clients to understand their grooming preferences, delivering precise and stylish haircuts, beard trims, and grooming services, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Maintaining a clean and organized barber station, adhering to industry standards, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere will also be essential aspects of your role.

**Qualifications**:

- ⁠ ⁠Proven experience as a barber with expertise in hair cutting, styling, and grooming techniques
- ⁠ ⁠Up-to-date knowledge of barbering trends, styles, and products
- ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction
- ⁠ ⁠Ability to thrive in a fast-paced barber shop environment
- ⁠ ⁠Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for delivering top-notch services
- ⁠ ⁠Valid certification or licensure as a professional barber
- ⁠ ⁠Commitment to continuous learning and staying informed about industry developments
- ⁠ ⁠Flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend appointments, as necessary

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pickering, ON L1V 4X4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
