As a line cook at Brassica, you will help execute our innovative menu with Chefs Jack Chen and Hilary Prince. This role will ensure efficient, high-quality foodservice operations and support community objectives. Most importantly, this individual will represent the Coho brand on the Sunshine Coast, exemplifying our values and integrating our community processes.

Experience in a restaurant setting of at least 2 years is most desirable, but training will also be provided. **Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient and professional service to all guests.
- Ability to work in a team environment and a fast paced setting
- Working specific stations in the kitchen as directed by the Chef
- Adhering to recipes and standards of Coho Collective Kitchens
- Well versed in CAYG and FIFO
- Cleaning and sanitizing of all kitchen equipment and dish machine operation
- Working with the chef team to ensure menu knowledge prior to service
- Attends pre-service meetings daily.
- Adhere to and implement sanitation regulations and safety regulations as per Provincial -Health and company standards.
- Reports to the Executive Chef

**Requirements**:
2+ years of experience cooking in a professional kitchen.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude is a must.
Superior organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Experience with point of sale systems
Strong motivational and leadership skills.
