Office Support Worker

Toronto, Canada Amina inc. Full time

Perform administrative/coordination tasks that are in support of Amina Inc.
- Support Airbnb business by acting as Co-host on behalf of Employer.
- In order to help in the initiation of export/import business in Asia (especially Bangladesh), previous similar experience is an asset.
- Drive and maintain the company’s vehicle to perform given duties in good and timely manner.
- Manage office property and workplace arrangement, including stationery, in-coming/out-going mails, couriers, office machines, etc.
- Manage fixed asset purchasing, transfer and disposal.
- Process invoices of office expenses
- Coordinate in meetings and delegation visits.
- Other duties assigned by the supervisor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M4P 2L3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bengali (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (required)
