Success Statements are reviewed regularly in weekly one-on-one meetings between leaders and their team members to identify if the outcome is red (not true), yellow (inconsistently true), or green (consistently true).

**Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Daily plans to reach production targets are set, and communicated to the crew.
- The crew is lead managed and held accountable.
- Daily job reports are completed, and toolbox talks.
- Daily maintenance checklists are completed.
- Maintenance required is identified and completed in a timely manner.
- Larger maintenance tasks are scheduled with the superintendent.
- Parts, and supplies are ordered proactively.
- Operate equipment as needed.
- The plant is operated efficiently and consistently.
- Plant setup and teardown is organized in joint effort with Operations manager and Superintendent.
- Health and safety is monitored, crew members are accountable to following all policies, to promote a safe work environment.
- Crew training is considered an ongoing task.
- Keep the site clean, and organized.

**Skills and Experience required**
- 2 years of experience in general equipment maintenance
- 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment is preferred.
- 2 years of experience working directly in the aggregate industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $32.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 55 - 65 per week
