**Concrete Batcher/Dispatcher**

We are currently looking for a full time **Concrete Batcher/Dispatcher** to join our growing team

Reporting to the General Manager of Forest’s Ready Mix Division, The Concrete Plant Batcher/Dispatcher will be responsible for batching and mixing concrete according to established specifications, and dispatching the orders to ensure timely delivery to our customers.

**Additional responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to**:

- Operate batching equipment to accurately mix concrete according to specifications.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Schedule and dispatch concrete deliveries to job sites, optimizing delivery routes for efficiency.
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and special requirements.
- Coordinate with drivers and equipment operators to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of batching activities, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in concrete technology is preferred.
- Proven experience as a concrete batcher/dispatcher or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of concrete mixing techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in batching operations and record-keeping.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
