Lube Technician

**Duties**:

- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks on customer vehicles
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections and recommend additional services as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Utilize sales techniques to promote additional products and services
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar role is preferred

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong customer service skills, have a basic understanding of automotive maintenance procedures, and be able to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting. Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Please note that this position may require working on weekends or evenings based on business needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00-$25.82 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- Black Diamond, AB T0L 0H0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Automotive repair: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
