**The Opportunity**:
As the FP&A Analyst, the incumbent will play a key role in supporting the company’s financial planning and decision-making processes. The incumbent will work closely with senior management to analyze financial data, create budgets and forecasts, and provide actionable insights that drive business performance. The incumbent’s attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial information will be crucial in this role. The incumbent is also responsible for supporting other finance-related duties and tasks.

**A Day in the Life**:

- Supporting the coordination of the annual budget process with corporate and business units.
- Streamlining the forecasting process, increasing forecast accuracy, and aligning across various teams and stakeholders to enable meaningful forecast reviews with leadership.
- Analyzing financial information and reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Participating in key decisions with sensitivities/scenario analysis.
- Working cross-functionally with other departments to gather data, provide financial insights, and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and trends.
- Supporting the preparation of active projects within the team and provide analysis on request.
- Supporting in the testing and implementation of EPIC based solutions for reporting.
- Assisting in preparing weekly consolidated cash flow forecasts.
- Assisting in coordination of the annual audit.
- Coordinating with other members of the finance team to review financial information.
- Supporting and participating in cross-training to provide coverage and assistance for other positions within the finance team as required.
- Other finance-related activities as assigned.

- Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
- Effective English communicators (written & verbal).
- Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle may be required (under 5% travel).

**Education & Experience**:

- Certificate and/or Diploma in Accounting, or related field.
- 2+ years of financial accounting experience in finance/analyst role.
- Knowledge of and experience with financial accounting and reporting standards - ASPE.
- Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle may be required. (under 5% travel)
