**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for you, highly motivated, organized, customer focused, driven and goals oriented individual to join our team as a full-time **Homestay Ambassador** (Turkish or French Speaker) in Toronto.

**Job Summary**

As the frontline person, the Homestay Ambassador plays a pivotal role as the first point of contact for students as well as homestay families. The Homestay Ambassador orchestrates the relationship between Students, Homestay families, and ILAC by proactively and promptly responding to inquiries, resolving concerns and handling all Student-Homestay Families related requests. Between answering phone calls from Students and Homestay Families, closely monitoring online requests and delivering necessary reports, the Homestay Ambassador ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for Students as well as Homestay Hosts while delivering highest levels of client satisfaction as measured by customer satisfaction surveys, and highest occupancy rates.

**Key areas of responsibility and accountability**
- Serving walk in customers;
- Handling high school students objections and providing solutions that contribute to a positive student experience;
- Preparing drop off confirmation and all related documentation;
- Preparing HST Letters (documents) package:

- HS Confirmation to Host Families; including Student information and Home Stay Guidelines;
- HS Confirmation to Students: including Family Profile, Map to family, Homestay Guidelines, Pick up confirmation.
- Participation in the Student Intake Orientation;
- Conducting Home Stay surveys;
- Analyzing survey results and coming up with trends to support student experience initiatives and improve Home Stay services;
- Preparing a report on weekly basis to summarize HS Survey results;
- Checking high-school students attendance on weekly basis;
- Answering incoming calls and helping with all inquiries;
- Assisting HS Coordinator and HS Manager when needed;
- Other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of successful relevant experience, preferably in Education industry, Customer Service, Hotel, Travel, and Tourism, Residence and Accommodation;
- Excellent customer care and service excellence attitude;
- Experience working with international students is an asset;
- Ability to occasionally work outside of office hours;
- Strong computer proficiency, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word;
- Fluency in English and Turkish or French
