We are hiring at the Gabby's in the Beach Restaurant, one of the Beach's most well-known and established restaurants with a spectacular reputation. Looking for seasoned cooks to work 20-40 hours/week, must be flexible as days, nights and weekends need to be covered. Good starting wage plus high percentage tip out available.

**We are currently hiring for Barista/Cook.**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Cook food according to specifications and requirements
- Ensure food quality and standards are upheld
- Run dishwasher, ensuring all dishes are properly washed and put away accordingly
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Prep food and the next day, weighing and proportioning food according to specifications
- Must be able to work all shifts
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast paced kitchen
- Must be able to handle working independently and work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
