Load Booker

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Load Booking associate. As a Load Booker, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling load bookings for our transportation company. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to provide excellent customer support.

**Qualifications**
- **Must** have at least 3 years of load booking experience
- **Must** have experience with the following: LoadLink, PC Miler, DAT, Dispatch Software,
- Fluent in English, bilingual is an asset
- Team player in a fast paced environment
- Strong ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate over the phone
- Looking for loads: FTL, LTL Cross-border
- Dispatching trucks
- Preparing inbound and outbound customs documents.
- Calculating Rates and finalizing RFPs
- Prepare reports and carry out other dispatch duties as required by Management.
- Booking a minimum of 20 loads per day
- Dispatching trucks and preparing final pay/reimbursement
- Preparing inbound and outbound customs documents.
- Maintaining accurate data entry and records related to all dispatches in dispatch software
- Sourcing new customers.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Load booking: 3 years (preferred)
