**Psychometrist Position**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for tracking the process of psychological assessments for clients and their families;
- Under the supervision of a Registered Psychologist, responsible for the administration and scoring of psychological assessments;
- Responsible for data entry and management of assessment results;
- Assists with the facilitation of client intakes by performing semi-structured clinical interviews;
- Assists with the development of client reports and consult letters;
- When applicable, works collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members;
- Contributes to team development by active participation in team meetings;
- Complies with agency policies, procedures and responsibilities to contribute to the efficient and effective provision of client services.

**Qualifications**
- Masters degree in a relevant field
- Previous psychological assessment and testing experience
- Training in Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, or experience with Autism an asset
- Strong experience in writing psychological reports
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills

‪- Experience and comfort in working with children with a variety of needs/diagnoses (Learning Disabilities, Autism, ADHD, Developmental Delays)

‪‪- Self directed, adaptable and willing to work independently

‪- ‪Vulnerable Sector Criminal Clearance Required

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- psychometrist: 1 year (preferred)
- psychological report writing: 1 year (preferred)
