**Position Summary**

The Key Runner is responsible for overseeing trades and ensuring the completion of services during pre and post occupancy.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the master keys/suite keys
- Escort trades to the suite
- Stay with trades for the duration of repairs (occupied suites only)
- Monitor any damages trade may cause; take pictures and notify administration
- Obtain homeowner sign-off after successful work completion
- Encourage homeowners to fill out a customer service survey
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Education: High School Diploma with a degree or diploma with an industry-related focus
- Must be punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Proven effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Able to work independently and make quick decisions using sound judgment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must have a strong attention to detail and be very organized
- Self-motivated and adaptable with a strong willingness to learn and be challenged
- Tarion Warranty Service knowledge
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Contribute an energetic and positive attitude to the atmosphere
- Demonstrate outstanding guest relations skills and be approachable by nature
- Must have valid driver’s license, as it is required to drive from project-to-project
- Your hours of work may vary and extend to weekend and p.m. hours as required

**Additional Information**

Amacon is an equal-opportunity employer who offers competitive compensation and benefit programs. This full-time salaried position works 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday and is located in Mississauga.
