Dispensary - Pharmacy Assistant
At Mint Health+Drugs, we’re more than just a pharmacy. Pharmacists own our pharmacies, and that truth is at the very core of who we are. Mint Health+Drugs offers a deeper level of care, brought to you by independent pharmacy owners that are a part of the local community.
We believe that pharmacists, not corporations, shape the future of patient care. We're taking back our profession, one pharmacy at a time, with a team of pharmacists who are respected leaders and clinicians in each of their respective communities.
Since we opened our first location in 2010, our family of pharmacies has grown rapidly into communities across the province. Our dedicated team of owners, pharmacists and support staff are passionate about providing patient care that improves personal health and strengthens the broader community.
**What makes us a fantastic place to work**:
Simply put, our mission is to Help People Feel Better. The core values of Mint Health+Drugs are rooted in the drive to make our communities healthier places. The very letters that makeup Mint represent these guiding principles:
- Motivate - To strive to be the best versions of ourselves, not because we have to, but because we desire to.
- Innovate - There's always a right way to do something. Learn it first, then make it better.
- Nurture - Take care of those around you, whether they are friends, family, neighbours, co-workers or even strangers.
- Teach - Improving ourselves and those around us through lifelong teaching, sharing, and learning.
These principles make up the foundation of everything we do, whether creating specialized tablets, providing community outreach, establishing new mom seminars, or offering travel consulting.
We pride ourselves not in the recognition we receive but in the excellent quality of work we do for patient care. Helping people get ahead with their health is what we strive for. We are fortunate to have been recognized along the way:
- Canada's Most Admired Culture Award (2020)
- ACE Best Community Service Award (2019)
