Landscape Construction Lead Hand

We are a growing landscape construction team, passionate about building stunning yet functional outdoor spaces for our clients.
**Job responsibilities**
Assisting fellow team members in:

- Stone installations including interlock, retaining walls, built-in kitchens, artificial turf, and armour stone
- Softscape installations including garden and lawn preparation, plantings, mulch
- Other installations including carpentry, masonry, and landscape lighting
- Custom ICF pool and in ground spa installations

Be able to provide top quality workmanship on every detail of a landscape.

Have a creative mind.

Be able to safely and efficiently operate hand tools, power tools, compaction equipment, and heavy equipment (skid steer and/or mini excavator)

Professionally interact with our clients when required.

Be able to thrive in a physically demanding work environment.

Willing to work in carpentry/renovations in the winter months.

Pay: $24.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 55 per week

**Experience**:

- Landscape construction, masonry, or carpentry: 2 years (required)
