The Supervisor of The Red Zone Sports Bar will provide direct support to the Outlet associates and Leadership team on all day to day operations. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring We treat ‘customers’ as guests in our own homes, fostering an environment where everyone is accountable for creating memorable guest experiences that drive loyalty and ensure 100% guest satisfaction. **Responsibilities**:

- Must be available to work nights to closing including weekends as needed
- Provide ongoing supervision and support to the Outlets including overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the area.
- Assist the Manager with performance management as necessary.
- Assist with implementing strategies to achieve departmental goals and financial profitability.
- Responsible for the smooth operation of the department in absence of the Manager of Outlets.
- Assist with the development and implementation of promotional activities and programs to support revenue generation in all outlets.
- Control labour costs through effective shift management.
- Assist in establishing, implementing and monitoring standards of service and operation
- Understand and ensure compliance with all Health and Safety procedures, regulations and laws such as labels on cleaning products, correct ergonomics and ensuring protective equipment is worn when necessary.
- Ensure communication and compliance of Outlet’s responsibilities in the event of an emergency situation as outlined in Hotel’s Emergency Response Booklet to ensure guest and associate safety.
- Control labour costs when possible by effective shift management.
- Identify and resolve guest concerns/complaints to their satisfaction.
- All other duties as assigned.
- **Education, Experience, and Skills**:

- Previous experience in Supervising Food and Beverage

**Work Conditions**:

- Interacts/Communicates with guests and fellow associates
- Hotel environment
- High level of mental effort and attention to detail
- High level of sensory attention; sight and hearing
- Exposure to various cleaning solvents, chemicals, etc.
- Physical demands include but are not limited to walking, standing, reaching, pulling, pushing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Overtime as required
