Vancouver, Canada Pacific Crown Management Co. Ltd. Full time

As the Building Operator/Caretaker, you will be responsible for the daily operations of 2 buildings in the Greater Vancouver area, 1 commercial building and 1 residential/commercial building. Your day to day responsibilities will include overseeing the maintenance and repair of the building and liaising with tenants.

**Position type**: Salaried

**Specific Accountabilities**:
1. Attend the Building on a set schedule which may be changed from time to time by the management as required;
2. Report, to the management, on the condition and deficiencies found on site and perform remedy to the deficiencies where possible;
3. Ensure all work done by outside contractors are in good workmanship and to the satisfaction of the management;
4. Ensure that the interior and exterior of the Building is clean and in good order at all times;
5. Assist in preventive maintenance program in respect to the Building;
6. Perform general repairs, painting, plumbing, carpentry and minor adjustments in the Building where possible;
7. Ensure all lights and signs are in good working condition both inside and outside of the Building;
8. Ensure all locked areas such as electrical rooms, boiler rooms, storage rooms etc. are adequately secured;
9. Monitor garbage removal and recommend changes if needed;
10. Maintain prompt and frequent communication with the management to all matters;
11. Maintain prompt and efficient service to all tenants where possible;
12. Maintain professional image at all times;
13. Attend to emergencies as they happen;
14. Perform all work assigned by the management from time to time.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
