A Quality Control Attendant has a great eye for detail. The role of a “Q.C.” is to inspect lodging units after they have been cleaned by our Room Attendants, ensuring the highest quality standards are being met. You will play an important role in helping to create that great first impression for our guests.

**Essential functions**:
Establish and maintain a positive and fun work environment. Keep lines of communication open
Successfully meet or exceed daily inspection standards and productivity thresholds of specific areas as assigned.
Ensure all incoming units are completed to standard prior to our guest’s arrival
Assist with the administration of departmental Incentive and Recognition Programs by documenting both standard and substandard cleans by Room Attendants in all units inspected
Communicate with Rooms Supervisors or Office Coordinator immediately if there are significant touchups in any rooms that are inspected
Report any and all damages or missing inventory in the units and any maintenance deficiencies to the Office Coordinator immediately
Must adhere to the grooming policy, and to proper radio etiquette at all times when on duty
Participate in Occupational Health and Safety standards set for the department
Other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager

**Experience/Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Good comprehensive of the English language
Must be highly motivated and lead with proven strength
Able to multi-task, work well under stress and meet targeted deadlines
Must be flexible and adaptable under changing conditions, priorities, and unexpected situations
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to work flexible shifts, weekends, holidays. This position may require overtime and altered scheduling according to occupancy
Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals
Must be able to wear latex or non-latex gloves when using chemicals

Additional duties may be required during high-occupancy times
required to sit, stand; walk; climb stairs; use hands to finger, reach; stoop, kneel, and bend
This role will require you to conduct touch ups (cleaning) as needed during inspections.
