Are you the type of person who gets joy out of creating beautiful interior spaces? We have an exciting opportunity for an **Experienced Home Staging Professional.**

**We are looking for someone who is home staging career orientated, has a least 2 years of experience leading stages independently and has a flair for modern design, and loves the world of home staging.**

Every day, you will bang out a stage, and do it all again tomorrow. You need to love being active and physical. This is not an HGTV stager, pointing to where things go. You will be moving totes, and staging props, and setting up the house along with the logistics team. You will need excellent leadership skills, as the lead on the job, the buck will stop with you.

As a Home Stager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional home staging services, including selecting furniture, accessories, art, and bedding, onsite quotations, and maintaining communication with clients. Your daily tasks will encompass handling home staging tasks, packing accessories, managing staging inventory, leading staging activities, and wrapping up after staging, including putting away artwork and bedding once the destage is complete.

You will be on your feet most of the day, so you must be able to stand and move for extended periods of time. You should also be able to lift 30lbs unassisted.

**Location**: The role requires travel between client homes and warehouse environments across the Greater Toronto Area

**Responsibilities**:
1. Meet and offer in person consultations in client homes

2. Project management, product picking, design planning, leading and guiding the team members and packing of all furniture and accessories in support of the Staging and Design team.

3. Warehouse duties as well as in-house staging at client homes.

4. Managing Staging Inventory: Overseeing inventory management and ensuring that the inventory management system accurately reflects available stock levels.

5. Client Satisfaction: Ensuring client satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or requests during the staging process, providing excellent customer service and fostering positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to lift 30+lbs
- Flexibility to work varied hours based on project requirements.
- Must own a reliable vehicle
- Direct communication with condominium staff, movers, realtors, and homeowners is essential.

**Additional Work Requirements**:

- Work a minimum of 30 hours between Monday to Friday for staging and warehouse maintenance and other administrative tasks.
- Available to work flexible hours between 8 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional later hours. Work hours may increase during the busy season.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
