**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate paint mixing and delivery equipment
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment as necessary to ensure proper performance
- Ensure that all finished products meet customer specifications for quality and appearance
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of paint booths, spray guns, and other equipment
- Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed at all times
- Communicate with other team members to ensure that production goals are met
- Assist in other areas of the production process as needed

**Salary**: $21.50-$23.00 per hour
