Providing management reporting into **Monthly Risk, Controls, and Regulator meetings.**
**Constantly assuring issue resolution is on track, and/or escalating as required to ensu**re issues stay on track.
To thrive in this job, you'll need experience tracking and reporting, writing executive summary papers and working with all levels of teams and Senior Management.
**Requirements**:
Coordinate and engage with **Internal Audit and key stakeholders to complete deep dive assessments and achieve MRA compliance.**
Drive and manage meetings, provide agendas, minutes, and track all actions to closure
**Manage the monthly Risk and Controls cycle to deliver country and global reporting **requirements
Ensure these reports meet all requirements including detailed information as well as summarized management information consumable by Senior leadership
Proactively engage with multiple large and small **MRA program running simultaneously** provide inputs and coordinate effectively
Understands the expectation of delivering both globally and locally, balancing and simultaneously meeting both objectives as much as possible
Has enough **Risk Mgmt. acumen to translate risk practices and impact, simplifying complex information and articulate in a meaningful way to wide and varied audience**
Has the ability to interface with Senior stakeholders
Strong understanding and working experience with risk management practices
Working experience to support multiple work streams and timelines
Qualifications or prior experience in **Risk Mgmt./Business Studies would be beneficial**
Advanced Excel skills; proficient in **PowerPoint and JIRA and Confluence**
**JIRA and/or dashboard reporting weekly **to working groups on progress of issue resolution
