Pharmacy Technician

Prairie Sky Co-op is hiring a Certified Pharmacy Technician at our Food Store in Weyburn, Saskatchewan. Pharmacy hours are Monday to Saturday, closed on Sundays and all statutory holidays.

- Dispense and verify prescription medications previously checked for therapeutic appropriateness by the pharmacist to the extent permitted by provincial regulations and federal regulations.
- Package and label products to maintain integrity and meet legislative requirements.
- Determine and maintain inventory requirements sufficient for patient safety and efficient operations,
- Maintenance and upkeep of patient records.
- Assist patients in making informed decisions regarding the selection and use of medical devices and health aids.
