**About the role**:
Our Client is a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm committed to providing high-quality legal services to our clients. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day work of our law firm and will be working with a team of lawyers, paralegals, and administrative staff. This individual will be responsible for handling all aspects of Residential Real Estate transactions with mínimal supervision.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in law or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience; or is licensed to be licensed to practice law in Ontario.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of related experience in legal field; or is licensed to practice law in Ontario.
- Drafting of Requisitions, Purchase and Sale documents, Mortgage documents, Teraview instruments/
- Completion of files from inception to completion
- Liaise with clients, counsel, financial institutions, title insurance companies, land registry offices, etc.
- Ability to work effectively with clients and other lawyers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Software: Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Closer and Teraview essential.
