**Position**: Sales and Customer Experience Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional service to our valued customers.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Educate customers about our diverse range of products and services.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues when necessary.
- Foster a positive and professional atmosphere.
