- Provide administrative and operational support to the research team
- Provide mentorship to student research assistants
- Assist with Tri-Council Human Research Ethics review and approval
- Conduct literature reviews and report on the findings
- Assist with data collection, coding, analysis, and synthesis
- Assist with reporting and knowledge sharing
- Troubleshoot problems interfering with the project’s success
- Establish collegial working relationships with industry partners and colleagues
- Additional research activities as requested

- Currently enrolled graduate student in good standing (with up-to-date tuition and fees and possess a minimum 65% overall course average) or a recent graduate

- Experience working independently to meet established deadlines
- Ability to function as a team member in an ever-changing environment
