- Providing transfer support to advisors (e.g. carrier evaluations, book of business reports, debt review, etc.)
- Reassignments of advisor’s book of business
- Ensuring the entire transfer process is complete following mandated procedures.
- Ensure all administrative updates to WealthServ and Apexa
- Reception duties including organizing mail, greeting clients, preparing reports, agendas and correspondence, managing incoming calls through the switchboard and direct calls to the appropriate area, calendars/daily schedules; coordinating internal and external meetings.
- Collaboratively working across all internal departments, various carriers, and MGA’s
- Perform other related activities and participate in ad hoc projects, as necessary or as assigned.
- Review and fulfill employee requests pertaining to operations and communicate with external stakeholders.
- Manage the procurement and maintenance of office supplies and equipment, daily couriers, distribution of daily mail and documents.
- Liaise with building management for facilities and maintenance requirements.
**What we’re looking for you to have**:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Receptionist/Office Administrator in a customer service environment-
- Strong attention to detail- Strong oral and written communication skills with good and sound decision making skills- Ability to accurately analyze and review data- Excellent organization, problem solving and mathematical comprehension skills- Excellent customer service skills, patience and empathy
- Research skills
