**Job Description**:
This position will be located at our Head Office in Markham, Ontario and will have flexibility for both remote and in-office work based on our hybrid work model.

What you will deliver:
- Support the team with research, data analytics and modeling, analyzing internal and external practices to further design our total rewards programs.- In preparation for collective bargaining negotiations, analyze total rewards data, complete cost modeling and compile reports and documentation.- Work with the Labour & Employee Relations team to implement CBA changes related to total rewards.- Assist and provide support in the annual compensation cycle including market research, creating and administering merit increase data files, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the compensation process.- Conduct and participate in total rewards surveys that support the ongoing development of our Total Rewards strategy. Analyze results and present data to show overall market trends and competitiveness.- Help develop and implement on-going benefit projects.- Work closely with the Human Resources and Benefits Operations teams in answering inquiries related to our total rewards program and processes.- Provide advice and guidance to leaders, people managers and HR Business Partners in the interpretation and administration of the organization's total rewards programs and processes.- Act as a liaison for our total rewards programs with our HR Business Partners, people managers and employees.- Provide on-going support to the Workday team to ensure a successful Workday implementation.- Participate in projects as assigned.

What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or Commerce with a focus in Finance.- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Total Rewards or as an HR Analyst.- Professional designation (CCP, CEBS or other equivalent designation in progress or completed) would be considered an asset.- Expert level user of Excel (i.e. pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas) and modeling with large and complex HR/Financial data sets.- Excellent financial acumen including a basic understanding of financial terms and concepts.- Ability to collect and analyze big data to thoroughly think through problems and situations.- Experience presenting information clearly and effectively both verbally, and in writing.- Solid knowledge of HRIS, preferably Workday.- Customer-focused attitude, with the ability to understand, anticipate and identify customer needs.- Solid organization, planning, time management and multi-tasking skills.
