Supervisor, Project Construction
- (Redwater, Alberta, Canada)

Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, Capital Projects, the Supervisor, Project Construction is responsible for the coordination and execution of all field construction activities for capital projects in Redwater. This will entail supervision and oversight of staff and/or Contract Construction Coordinators and other assigned dedicated project contractors, and management of project specific materials.

This position is located in Redwater, Alberta, Canada is not available for remote work.

**What you will do**:
Work assignment of project Construction Coordinators and Project Planners to individual projects. Includes determining supplemental contract Project Construction Coordinator staffing needs
Accountable for performance and deliverables of Project Construction Coordinators (staff and/or embedded contractors), Project Planners (staff and/or embedded contractors), and Project Schedulers (embedded contractors)
Supervision of any supplemental contract labor dedicated to projects
First contact for Construction consultation and development for Project engineers
Coordination and tracking of project specific supplies and equipment
Roll-out implementation of field level safety protocols to project construction teams. This includes field level incident investigations
Interface with Planning and Scheduling group to ensure project needs are met.
Primary field liaison for Maintenance, Operations, & Safety
Review and Release of all project execution work orders

**What you will bring**:
CET or Journeyman Trade Certificate and minimum 10 years relevant work experience.
Strong Project execution background, strong internal customer focus and proven supervisory skills
Knowledge of site safety, OH&S, and environmental regulations and a good understanding of
Project planning and scheduling techniques and software
Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to work and produce results under pressure
Demonstrated organizational skills
