Job Description Summary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate, evolve, and execute base marketing strategies end-to-end (includes opportunity sizing, targeting, segmentation, reporting and analysis, A/B Testing and post implementation reviews);
- Analyse and monitor base KPIs weekly (churn, ARPA) to draw key insights, tell stories and react as required
- Generate base revenue through retention, cross-sell, upsell and migration activity including reactive and proactive programs and campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like pricing, brand, data science, marketing automation, channel marketing, front-line channels, product and finance.
- Ensure key cross-functional partners are well informed on the objectives, offers and positioning of each program for optimal impact and compliance
- Review program performance proactively to report against objectives and to maximize performance across all channels
- ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, generate insight, and action against key metrics-
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills that translate into effective storytelling-
- Business casing skills to support recommendations and drive confidence in ideas-
- Highly organized self-starter, detail-oriented and able to multi-task within tight deadlines-
- Ability to think outside the box-
- Strong business acumen with a passion for learning-
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross functional partners-
- Advanced PC skills including MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides skills required- ACADEMIC TRAINING- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field strongly preferredWORK EXPERIENCE- +5 years Marketing experience-
- +3 years experience in a high volume/fast paced work environment-
- Experience in/ or working knowledge of Telecommunications industryPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND VISUAL ACUITY- Physical Effort: The incumbent will be required to sit in front of a computer for prolonged intervals.-
- Ability to work in a hybrid model-
- Sensory Attention: Concentration is required when performing accurate data entry while analyzing various information and reports. Required to assimilate a variety of information to identify and resolve problems and to multitask within prescribed deadlines.-
- Mental Effort: Ability to manage frequent interruptions, conflicting deadlines, and multiple demands. Mental agility required to keep track of multiple procedures and programs. Must be able to perform well under pressure and maintain a positive, professional image at all times especially when dealing with high-activity periods and challenging situations.
