The Superintendent is responsible for the performance of maintenance,
preventative maintenance, housekeeping and repair duties while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and customer service.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
Performs housekeeping responsibilities, as required, to maintain a clean and operational building by:

- Ensure cleanliness of common areas & corridors
- Facilitate work orders and perform minor maintenance tasks (Training provided)
- Monitor and assist as needed with Grounds maintenance and Snow removal duties
- Completion and recording of assigned housekeeping program tasks

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
