**Duration**:
Short-term contract. March part-time hours until end of April (very flexible). Then full-time for 2-3 weeks (April 25 - May 7) and part-time again (August 15 - September 10). This means you get paid at the beginning and end of the summer, with the summer off entirely. You can expect to make between $4 - 8k for the whole contract.

**About Fellow Storage**:
Founded by students in 2017, Fellow aims to simplify summer storage for international students. What started with serving 10 students in our first summer has evolved into Montreal's most trusted summer storage service, having catered to over 1000 students. Our service includes convenient pickup, secure storage, and prompt delivery of our customers' belongings, allowing students to focus on exams and savour their summer without the hassle of managing storage logistics.

**Description**:
Fellow Storage is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Business Operations Associate/Manager to oversee and manage the moving teams, ensuring seamless operations. This position involves managing multiple teams, trucks, and storage units, with the opportunity to start early for grass roots marketing initiatives. **Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead multiple teams of movers, trucks, and storage units.
- Create schedules, organize storage units, and oversee pickup procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain on-time deliveries, adhering to high service quality standards.
- Actively engage in customer service and promptly address inquiries or concerns.
- Support grass roots marketing campaigns and act as a campus representative.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50lbs.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- A proactive and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferably a student or recent graduate passionate about operational excellence.
