**Job(s) Overview, Duties and Responsibilities**

**Production Position(s)**

The positions require good hand/eye coordination, lengthy periods of hand/arm/wrist use and standing. Individuals must be hardworking and energetic, physically able to safely and efficiently complete the duties of production line work including handling and sorting trim blocks to separate and/or direct usable and unusable pieces, general clean-up, using conveyors, monitors, scanners and robotics, and ripsaws. This position requires that safety standards are met by following policies, safe work and lockout procedures.

**Clean-up Position**

This position requires an energetic, hardworking, and adaptable individual to complete clean-up duties in the mill. The job requires that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained using various tools and equipment to clean and areas related to production. Physical handling and lifting of material, shoveling, sweeping, is also required. The successful applicant will have the ability to work as a team member or on their own and will have a willingness to pitch in when needed. The individual will ensure safety standards are met by following East Fraser’s safe work procedures which may include lockout. This position may lead to training opportunities in production work. This person will have a proven history of being confidential and trustworthy.
